This hand held wind meter is useful for all kite-sports. You do not have to hold the machine in line with the wind to get an accurate reading. The water-resistant meter has a large LCD display which shows:

The unit can store and display data for an eight-day period.

The wind speed can be displayed in Miles per Hour (1.5 - 93), Kilometres per Hour (2.5 - 150), Metres per Second (0.7 - 42) and Knots (1.3 - 81).The Windtronic 2 can also be tripod mounted (screw thread in base). It also floats and comes with a 2 year Warranty.
