New Scrub lightweight black rims (as on all 2006 boards). Each rim comes with spacer and stainless steel nuts and either 10mm or 12mm bearings (depending on size). Low cost rim that will take either 8" or 9" tyres.

This is a dual drum brake which is easily fitted onto any board which has 5-spoke wheels. The drums are cable operated by a hand held lever.
