| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Occasionally,with items where design choices are offered (such as skateboard graphics), designs may be changed without notice. Should this occur we will despatch the closest existing design at the same price, unless instructed otherwise. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling Currently, our website is only set up to give valid UK Shipping costs. If you are from outside the UK, we are still happy to accept your order, but we will email you to give the correct shipping cost and estimated delivery time. If we can ship at the default shipping cost, we will. We will not ship Overseas orders without an acceptance by email of the quoted shipping cost (except as stated previously). The default Overseas Shipping cost is £7.50 UK Customer rates: Orders up to £75.00 will be charged £3.95 Shipping and Handling. Orders over £75.00 will be free of charge. |
